They used to be a good place to take your car with excellent service but now that the owners aren't in the shop it is terrible. My mom completely trusted them before and felt they were honest with her until last week. We took her car in to get the A/C fixed. It took them a week to figure out the problem and fix it except it wasn't fixed after over $400. Didn't know that til the car was taken on a vacation out of state where it was really needed. Told them about it and now they think something else is wrong and expect us to pay for that fix too. My mom says they used to gaurentee their work. I guess they don't anymore
Last summer we took them out car because the alternator went out. It also went out again on the road trip had to Ave it fixed in Nevada so we could get home. I told them about this too. The receptionist admitted that records weren't kept very well and that they disnt have a record of the fix on our car last summer so we were out if luck and $600 for that too. She refused to do anything about it. My mom felt t like they were calling her a liar about the alternator. She has been going there practically since they opened their doors. Now we have paid over $1000 dollars to replace a practically new alternator that should have been under warranty except they don't keep good records and an A/C that doesn't work and is worse than before that they think we will continue to give them more money to fix. Mom s so heart broken, disappointed at the way they treated her and pretty angry. We won't be going there again.
